At Hona Radio International for Community Services (ICS), we are committed to making a significant impact in the lives of millions worldwide through our caring and compassionate programs. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to providing services to underserved communities both domestically in the U.S. and internationally across the globe through our radio and new humanitarian channel.
Our vision is for Hona Radio (ICS) to become the new media charity of choice for all American immigrants seeking compassion and service. We believe in building healthy communities, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for those in despair while maintaining their dignity.
Our mission is to alleviate human suffering by providing caring and compassionate programs to victims and immigrants of adversity, as well as survivors of disasters. We recognize that volunteers from across the country are crucial in helping us accomplish our mission every day. As a human organization, we feel it is our responsibility to support those in need in our country regardless of their race, religion, or other identifying features.
Our goals are to assist and empower underprivileged Americans through sustainable social service programs, to strengthen the family system through education and value-based family services, and to foster effective partnerships and coordination with other organizations and civic and governmental agencies.
